The licence

An EasySchool licence is granted for one computer and is activated on it. You may use the software within your own institution, for the purpose it was made for.

The licence may not be resold, rented or shared with another institution, and the software may not be modified or its licensing bypassed.

Phone app seats

One seat is one person, bought for a set period. Seats you buy add up, and each purchase runs out on its own date.

The school can free, pause or withdraw a person's seat at any time from the desktop software. A paused seat still counts against the seats you are paying for.

Payment

Prices are shown in Algerian dinar and taken through Chargily. A licence is activated, and seats are added, only once the payment has actually arrived.

Your data and your backups

Because the school's data is held on its own computer alone, backing it up and keeping it safe is the school's responsibility. We hold no copy that could be restored after a failure or a loss.

Availability

The desktop software works offline. The website, the licensing service and payment may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Limitation of liability

The software is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect damages, nor for data loss caused by missing backups or by a failure of the school's own hardware.

Termination

A licence may be suspended if these terms are broken, in particular by unauthorised copying or distribution of the software.
