Your school's data stays in your school

The EasySchool desktop software runs on the school's own computer and keeps its records — students, attendance, payments, teacher pay — in a local database on that machine. We do not receive that data, we do not store it, and we cannot read it.

The phone apps (Principal, Teacher, Parent) connect directly to the school's computer over the school's own network, or through a secure tunnel the school switches on itself. School data does not pass through our servers.

What this website collects

• Demo request: institution name, social page, phone and email — to review the request and send the access link.
• Licence purchase: the licence key and the identifier of the machine it is activated on, so a licence can be tied to one computer.
• Payment: handled by our payment provider, Chargily. Your card details never pass through our servers and we do not keep them.
• Partner programme: name, contact details and commission payout details.
• Server logs: IP address and request time, for security and abuse detection.

Service providers

We use Chargily to take payments, Brevo to send email, and an SMS provider to deliver verification codes. None of them receives your school's data — only what each needs to do its job.

Cookies

• A session cookie for the admin dashboard, created only when an administrator signs in.
• A demo access cookie, valid for thirty days after a request is approved.
• A referral cookie, so a purchase is credited to the right partner.

We use no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics.

Signing in to the phone apps

Teachers and parents sign in with their phone number and a code sent by SMS. The number is matched against the one the school holds on its own computer. The apps show no advertising, contain no tracking SDKs, and we sell no data to anyone.

Student data

Student records are entered and controlled by the school alone, which answers for them to families. Because those records never reach us, we cannot change or delete them on anyone's behalf — such requests go to the school directly.

How long we keep things

Demo requests, licence records and partner accounts are kept for as long as the service or the law requires, and deleted once they are no longer needed.
